Would you recommend?: Yes
A friend suggested the coconut sugar as my husband just found out he is pre-diabetic and we are trying to cut down on sugars.. I'm very picky and a sugaraholic! So.. I will tell you it is sweet yup sweet. I like it though.. but I don't need to add the 2 tsp to my coffee like I did with the white sugar. The only thing I didn't like is that they don't tell you what the glycemic index actually is.
