Coconut Fudge

a decadent divinity

This special-occasion treat is the definition of decadence, with a melt-in-your mouth texture and a beautifully complex coconut flavor due to the unique addition of coconut water powder.


1 Cup Coconut Butter (not oil), softened
6 Tbsp Navitas Naturals Cacao Butter, melted
¾ Cup Maple Syrup
⅓ Cup Navitas Naturals Coconut Water Powder
⅓ Cup Navitas Naturals Lucuma Powder
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
¼ Cup large Coconut Shreds


Place all the ingredients, except for coconut shreds, in a food processor. Mix until smooth.

Line a 3-quart tray with aluminum foil, with an inch or more of excess foil on all sides. Pour the mixture into the tray, and smooth into a flat layer. Sprinkle the coconut shreds on top, tapping lightly to ensure they stick to the fudge. Place the fudge into the refrigerator for 4 hours (or overnight) to fully set.

Remove the solidified fudge from the refrigerator, and use the aluminum foil to lift out of the tray. Peel the foil away, and slice the fudge into 20 squares. Will keep, covered and refrigerated, for several weeks.

Yield: 20 squares
