Superfood Chocolate Shake
rich, thick & sugar free
This sugar free chocolate smoothie is thick and rich with hemp seeds to bump up the protein plus some essential fatty acids and powdered wheat grass for a shot of chlorophyll.
Ingredients
½ Cup Navitas Naturals Cashew Whole Nuts
5 Tbsp Navitas Naturals Cacao Powder
2 Tbsp Navitas Naturals Hemp Seeds
1 tsp Navitas Naturals Wheatgrass Powder
2 Cups cold Water
½ Avocado
5 Tbsp Xylitol or your favorite sweetener
Directions
Blend water and cashews until it becomes nut milk. Add remaining ingredients and blend until smooth. Adjust to desired taste. Enjoy!
Chef's Notes
This recipe is really versatile, so play around with other superfoods like maca powder or medicinal mushrooms like reishi and chaga. Also, use your favorite sweetener. Xylitol is used here to make it low glycemic but use whatever suits your taste.
