2 Tbsp Navitas Naturals Chia Seed Powder
2 Tbsp Navitas Naturals Hemp Seeds
½ tsp Navitas Naturals Wheatgrass Powder
½ tsp Navitas Naturals Camu Camu Powder
3–4 Tbsp Tahini or Almond Butter
1 Tbsp Coconut Oil
1 Tbsp Carob Powder
4 drops Lemon Stevia (or a few more dates to taste)
6 dates


Place all ingredients in a food processor and blend until incorporated and a ball starts to form or the ingredients stick together when squeezed by hand.  Add a few dates till you have the right consistency.  Roll in your hands into small balls and eat immediately or put in fridge until ready to eat.

Chef's Notes

This recipe can have many variations.  The base is the dates.  From there, you can add anything you want. (sunflower seeds, maca, cinnamon powder, spirulina, ginger, lemon zest or orange zest, a little bit of orange juice, mesquite powder, etc.) So many different flavor combinations and superfood enhancement choices (even if it’s only ONE).  Blend these ingredients in the food processor, taste and then decide what to add to improve the taste or consistency or leave as is.
