Sweet Raw Chocolate

Who can resist a naturally delicious, decadent treat like this?


½ Cup Navitas Naturals Cashew Whole Nuts (100 ml/soaked a few hours)
15 Tbsp Navitas Naturals Cacao Butter (melted)
1½ Tbsp Navitas Naturals Coconut Palm Sugar
1 Tbsp Navitas Naturals Cacao Powder
2 Tbsp Coconut Oil
1 tsp Lecithin (optional)
½ tsp Vanilla Powder
1½ Tbsp raw Carob Powder
raw Stevia (to taste)


  1. Place the soaked cashew nuts on a paper towel to absorb the extra water.
  2. Grind all ingredients in a high speed blender, with hand blender or food processor. If you do not have food processor, you can grind cashew nuts into flour and then mix it with the other ingredients.
  3. Store in refrigerator or freeze. The chocolates get very soft at room temperature, so these are best to eat chilled.
