Ginger Arame Salad

with hemp seeds & goji berries

Here is a quick, easy, vegan, gluten-free, vitamin, mineral rich recipe everyone will love!


½ Cup Arame
¼ Cup Navitas Naturals Goji Berries
½ Cup Water
3 Cups grated green or red Cabbage, tightly packed
2½ Cups grated Beets, tightly packed
¾ Cup Navitas Naturals Hemp Seeds
¼ Cup fresh squeezed Lemon Juice
4 Tbsp grated Ginger
2 Tbsp Hemp Oil
1 tsp Celtic Sea Salt


Put the arame and goji berries in a large mixing bowl. Pour the 1/2 cup of water over the arame and goji berries to re-hydrate them. Let stand for about 5 minutes, until the arame softens.

Add the cabbage, beets, hemp seeds, ginger, lemon juice, hemp oil, salt, and stir until well combined. Taste and adjust the seasonings if desired. Serve immediately, or chilled.
