simple & refreshing
This quick and easy smoothie recipe is luscious and nutritious.
2 Cups Strawberries
1 ½ Cups plain Goat Yogurt
1 Cup Water
4 Tbsp Maple Syrup
2 Tbsp Navitas Naturals Chia Powder*
1 Tbsp Vanilla Extract
Combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Serve immediately.
Variation * Swap chia seeds for the chia powder. Simply soak the chia seeds in the water for 5 minutes before adding it to the smoothie.
Swap other seasonal fruits or use frozen berries.
