Cookie Dough Ice Cream
with maca maple cashews
Try this protein packed, dairy free, gluten free, low glycemic superfood ice cream that tastes distinctively like vanilla cookie dough.
2–14 oz. cans organic Coconut Milk
2 Tbsp Navitas Naturals Gelatinized Maca Powder
2 Tbsp Navitas Naturals Coconut Water Powder
2 Tbsp Navitas Naturals Yacon Syrup
4 scoops Vanilla Egg White Protein Powder
2 tsp organic Vanilla
pinch of Sea Salt
3 oz. crushed Navitas Naturals Maca Maple Cashews
2 Tbsp. Maple Syrup
Mix all ingredients except cashews in Vitamix or high power blender until evenly blended. Add crushed cashews. Refrigerate contents (with the blender) for up to one hour to thoroughly cool. Quickly blend to remix contents. Turn on ice cream maker and slowly pour mixture in. Let churn for up to 20 minutes until mixture becomes frozen, creamy ice cream!
