No ice cream maker required for this purple-powered dessert!
1 Banana, peeled
2 Cups frozen Blueberries
1 14-ounce can Coconut Milk
2 Tbsp Navitas Naturals Coconut Water Powder
1 Tbsp Navitas Naturals Maqui Berry Powder
¼ cup Maple Syrup
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1 Tbsp Vodka (optional)
Blend all the ingredients together. Pour the mixture into a 9 by 9-inch pan, and place in the freezer for 4-6 hours, or until frozen through. Let defrost for 5-10 minutes before serving to soften.
For the best texture, use full-fat coconut milk, and not the light variety.
