From the ABC’s of Almonds, Berries and Coconut … and all the way to the DEFG’s of Dates, Extract (Vanilla), Flaxseed, and Greens, this basic smoothie covers a well-balanced array of nutrition for the perfect snack or meal replacement.
1 Tbsp Almond Butter
1 Cup frozen Berries (mixed variety)
2 tsp Navitas Naturals Coconut Water Powder
2 large Dates, pitted
½ tsp Vanilla Extract
1 tsp Flaxseed Powder
1 handful fresh baby Greens, such as Spinach or Kale
¾ Cup Almond Milk, unsweetened
½ Cup Ice
Blend all the ingredients together until smooth. Adjust sweetness if desired with stevia or sweetener of choice.
