Crazy for Cantaloupe
With ripe melon, this hydrating probiotic-rich blend tastes like a Creamsicle. Cantaloupe has some of the highest levels of Vitamin-A, and the flavanoids beta-carotein, lutein nad zeaxanthin can boost vision and protect against macular degeneration.
1/2 Cup freshly squeezed Orange Juice
3 Cups chilled, chopped Cantaloupe
1/2 Cup plain or vanilla-flavored Yogurt
1 tsp freshly squeezed Lime Juice
1/2 medium frozen, sliced Banana
1/2 Cup Ice Cubes
1 Tbsp Navitas Naturals Chia Seeds
1 Tbsp Navitas Naturals Goji Powder
Pinch finely grated Lemon Zest (optional)
Place all ingredients into your blender and blast on high for 30 to 60 seconds, until smooth and creamy.
Tweak the orange juice and stevia to taste.
