Spiced Blueberry Puree
Fresh berries are the key to this light dessert.
⅓ Cup Blueberry or Grape Juice
2 Tbsp Navitas Naturals Cacao Nibs
handful of Blueberries
dash of Clove Powder
4 Ice Cubes
In a blender or food processor, add one banana and combine ingredients 2-6. Puree for eight seconds. Slice other banana into small pieces and stack in the center of the dish. Pour pureed mixture over top and garnish with Navitas Naturals Organic Raw Cacao Nibs. If you need more liquid, add 1 to 2 oz of water or coconut water. You can also garnish with crushed gluten-free quinoa cookies, or any cookie, for that matter.
To make this bee-licious add Manuka honey to the puree.
