Handful broken Walnuts
¼ Cup raw Sunflower Seeds
1 Cup Water
1 tsp Navitas Naturals Lucuma Powder
1 tsp Navitas Naturals Maca Powder
Navitas Naturals Mulberries
dash of Cinnamon
Soak chia seeds, goji berries, walnuts and sunflower seeds in water for a minimum of 15 minutes, stirring once, OR soak overnight, covered. Stir, then add remaining ingredients.
