Chocolate Lovers Delight
Who can deny the enchantment of chocolate covered strawberries?
In a small pot, melt cacao butter and coconut butter/oil over very low heat (or place butters in a bowl resting inside of another bowl filled with hot water). When fully melted, remove from heat and mix in cacao powder, agave nectar and salt, stirring until fully combined. Hold strawberries by the green leaves and dip to drench into chocolate sauce, and carefully place onto a large plate. Refrigerate for 20 minutes (can be made earlier in the day or overnight). For best results, serve on a chilled plate.
