Comforting Beverage

A great and simple smoothie, creamy with a tang!


1 Cup Navitas Naturals Cashew Whole Nuts
1 Tbsp Navitas Naturals Coconut Palm Sugar, optional
1 Tbsp Vanilla Powder
3 Cup fresh Oranges, juiced, or Orange Juice


Using a carrot peeler, peel the rind off the oranges, leaving the pith. Put the oranges through a regular juicer. Add the orange juice, vanilla and cashews to a blender and pulse until frothy. If the oranges are sour, you may want to add a bit of palm sugar, according to your taste. Serve with weekend breakfast!
