Morning Booster

If you like oatmeal, try this comforting recipe to fuel up in the morning.

Ingredients

½ tsp Mesquite Powder
½ tsp Vanilla Powder
½ Cup Macadamia Nuts, soaked
4 keep Water for other use young Coconuts, pulp only
pinch Celtic Sea Salt
Coconut Water as needed

Directions

Blend and serve.

Variations:
Try adding carob, pears, strawberries, or other sweet fruit. 
Experiment with spices like cardamom or pumpkin pie spice for a different flavor.
