Mango Lime Lassi

Sweet & Mildly Detoxing

Unlike a traditional lassi, which uses yogurt, this lassi uses a whole Thai coconut which provides a soothing creaminess.


1 tsp Navitas Naturals Wheatgrass Powder
2 Cup Mango, cubed/chopped
1 whole Thai Coconut
1 Tbsp fresh Lime Juice
to taste Sweetener


Carefully open the Thai coconut, and pour the water inside into a blender. Scrape out the coconut “meat” and add to the blender as well. Add the remaining ingredients, then blend until smooth.

Taste, sweeten if desired, and enjoy. Serves 2.

Chef's Notes

If additional sweetener is required, either stevia or palm sugar (or a combination of the two) work exceptionally well.
