Bunny Spice Shake
Featuring Carrot & Ginger
½ Cup Navitas Naturals Yacon Syrup
1 Cup carrot-ginger juice*
1 Cup Almond Milk or Brazil Nut Milk**
2 Cup Frozen, diced Banana
1 Tbsp Soy Lecithin (optional)
pinch ground Cinnamon
*Run carrots through the juicer with a thumb-sized knob of ginger root.
**1 cup raw Brazil nuts or almonds, soaked 2 hours or more, blended with 4 cups water, ½ cup Navitas Naturals Yacon Syrup or agave nectar, 1 Tbsp lecithin (optional), and a pinch of sea salt.
Blend all ingredients until smooth and serve.
