I Need Energy Blend
Pre-workout Smoothie
Try this berry combo featuring a simple combination of fresh coconut and energizing superfoods. Chia will give this a thick texture while frozen berries, Acai and Maca lend antioxidant benefits that taste amazing in this blueberries based blend and it's pretty much a great way to get you raring to go!
Ingredients
1 tsp Navitas Naturals Maca Powder
1 Tbsp Navitas Naturals Acai Powder
1 Tbsp Navitas Naturals Coconut Palm Sugar
2 cups of Coconut Water
1 frozen Banana cut into chunks
1 Cup frozen Blueberries or other frozen Berries (raspberries are great too)
add more coconut water if needed
1 Cup Navitas Naturals Chia Seeds (*see link to chia gel recipe)
Directions

Blend all ingredients together, adding water as needed, and serve!
