The Navitas Pomegarita
This fruity margarita recipe is perfect for a hot summer day. The Navitas Pomegarita can also be made into a happy hour cocktail by adding tequila. The camu berry powder in the Margarita provides a full daily serving of Vitamin C. The sweet-tart punch of the antioxidant-rich pomegranate powder makes this vegan and gluten-free recipe extra special.
½ tsp Navitas Naturals Camu Powder
½ tsp Ginger Powder
⅓ Cup Navitas Naturals Coconut Palm Sugar (+ 1 Tbsp.)
⅓ Cup fresh-squeezed Lime Juice (+ 1 Tbsp.)
¼ tsp Sea Salt
4 Tbsp Navitas Naturals Pomegranate Powder
3 Cup Water
3 Cup frozen Strawberries
In a blender, mix all the ingredients together until smooth. For a frostier drink, add ice and blend again (or just serve "on the rocks"). Add alcohol if desired, or serve virgin. Serves 4.
