Mango Goji Sorbet

Fresh, smooth, with just a hint of tang, this fresh and easy sorbet is a beautiful end to a meal and a natural palate cleanser.
3½ Cup frozen Mango
½ Cup Water
½ Cup fresh-squeezed Grapefruit Juice
⅓ Cup Navitas Naturals Goji Berries Powder
¼ Cup Navitas Naturals Cashew Whole Nuts
2 Tbsp Stevia or Agave Nectar to taste
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
In a blender, whip the cashews, water, orange juice and agave together into a smooth cream. Add the mangos and goji powder and blend into a thick frosty mixture. Enjoy right away as a soft-serve, or freeze for a couple of hours to further solidify. If frozen all the way through, let defrost for several minutes before serving. Makes about 3 cups.
