Mayonnaise

Rich, creamy & dairy free

An excellent replacement for the classic mayonnaise with many benefits: no cholesterol, easily digested by the body, and more supportive of a healthy cardiovascular system. This simple recipe has many uses and can be adapted with ease.

Ingredients

1½ Cup Thai Coconut Water
½ Cup stone-ground Mustard
¾ Cup Lemon Juice
2 Cup Navitas Naturals Cashew Whole Nuts
5 peeled Garlic Cloves
2 tsp Lemon Juice
2 tsp Sea Salt

Directions

In a high-speed blender, combine all of the ingredients and blend until smooth. Enjoy!
