Been eating too much sugar? This sweet, thick, great-tasting smoothie can help.

Ingredients

1 Tbsp Navitas Naturals Chia Seeds
¼ tsp Navitas Naturals Maca Gelatinized Powder
¼ tsp Cinnamon
¾ Cup frozen Blueberries
1 small Banana
1 Cup Water
handful Ice
Navitas Naturals Yacon Syrup or Stevia, to taste

Directions

Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Serve immediately

Chef's Notes

Stevia is used to sweeten, maca assists stressed adrenal glands, cinnamon helps regulate blood sugars, and extra fiber from the sprouted omega smoothie blend slows the digestion of the natural fruit sugar.
