Green Gold Smoothie
You can use freshly cut pineapple too - simply replace 1/2 cup of water with ice.
For smoother blending and if time permits, soak the cashews for 1 hour in the coconut water to soften.
Combine all ingredients in a blender, and process until completely smooth. Taste and adjust the sweetness, if desired, with a touch of stevia. Serves 2.
