Mushroom Cashew Gazpacho

A Cool & Savory Soup

Simple and fast - turn button mushrooms into a tasty soup!

Ingredients

½ Cup fresh White Button Mushrooms, washed
¼ cup Navitas Naturals Cashew Whole Nuts
3 Tbsp Miso Paste
1 tsp Nama Shoyu, (Wheat-Free Soy Sauce)
Thumbsized nub of Jalapeno Pepper, more or less, to taste (exclude if sensitive to raw, hot peppers)
1 tsp Nutritional Yeast, optional
1 small clove Garlic
pinch Sea Salt

Directions

Place all ingredients in your blender with a little warmed pure water (to desired consistency), blend and serve. Shown here made with buna-shimeji mushrooms.
