Creamy Coconut Bisque

Add additional jalepeno and ginger if a spicier soup is desired.
Ingredients
¼ tsp Sea Salt
1 Tbsp Navitas Naturals Yacon Syrup
2 Cup Young Coconut Meat (about 4 Young Coconuts)
2 Cup Young Coconut Water
4 diced-sized Cubes of peeled fresh Ginger
2 tsp fresh Lime Juice
1 deseeded Jalapeno Pepper
Directions
Blend all the ingredients together until smooth and creamy. Serve chilled or at room temperature. Makes 4 cups – serves 2-4
