Watermelon Chia Fresca

Summer refreshment

A beautiful drink, Chia Fresca has been enjoyed century after century in the highlands of Mexico. Here, it is with refreshing watermelon.


4 tsp Navitas Naturals Chia Seeds
2 Cup Water
5 Cup Watermelon
3 Tbsp fresh squeezed Lime Juice
2 Tbsp Agave Nectar (or stevia to taste)


Combine the Chia Seeds and water in a glass and stir to combine. Allow to rest for ten minutes. Stir once more and set aside once more for ten minutes.

Place all ingredients in a blender, including the chia mixture, and blend until well combined. Serve immediately, or chill until ready to be served.

Makes 4 cups

Yield: 3-4
