Mango Pineapple Marmalade
Tropical Bread Spread
A modern twist on marmalade that features palm sugar’s sweetening power. An excellent and gourmet accoutrement that will become a favorite to have on hand.
1½ Cup Navitas Naturals Coconut Palm Sugar
½ Cup Water
2 Cup dried Mango Slices
2 Cup crushed Pineapple
1 Cup boiling Water
Using kitchen shears, dice mango. Reconstitute by adding 1 cup of boiling water to 2 cups of dried mangos. Set aside for 30 minutes. Drain and combine with other ingredients. Boil until thick and place in jars.
