Raspberry Camu Vinaigrette

Apple cider vinegar may also be used with success in place of the raspberry vinegar – the raspberry flavor will simply not be as strong.
Ingredients
½ tsp Navitas Naturals Camu Powder
1½ Cup Raspberries
½ tsp Sea Salt
¼ Cup raw Sunflower Seeds
⅔ Cup Apple Juice
2 Tbsp Raspberry Vinegar
Directions
Using a blender, process all ingredients until smooth and creamy. Refrigerate when not in use; may be stored for up to one week. Makes 1½ cups.
