soothing Summer fave
A little chia goes a long way in these pops to make this a well-rounded snack. Try using different berries for variety.
½ Cup Water
2 tsp Navitas Naturals Chia Seeds
3 Cup Strawberries, fresh or frozen
2 Tbsp fresh squeezed Lemon Juice
2 Tbsp Agave Nectar or Stevia, to taste
Combine the Chia Seeds and water in a glass and stir to combine. Allow to rest for ten minutes. Stir once more and set aside once more for ten minutes.
Place all ingredients in a blender, including the chia mixture, and blend until well combined. Pour into popsicle molds and freeze a minimum of 4 hours, or until solid.
Quantity yield depends on size of mold used.
