Oatmeal Chocolate Balls

Try these gluten–free oatmeal–chocolate treats for the holidays or any time!
Ingredients
1½ oz Coconut Flakes
⅓ oz Flaxseed Meal
1 oz Navitas Naturals Cacao Liquor/Paste
2 oz Butter
3 gluten-free Cup Oatmeal
2 oz brown Rice Syrup
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
2 large Eggs
Directions
1. Pre-heat oven to 350F.
2. Melt chocolate paste and butter.
3. Mix in all ingredients.
4. Shape dough into 15 1-inch balls on cookie sheet.
5. Bake for 12-15 minutes or when the edges are golden brown.
6. Cool for 2 minutes on the cookie sheet.
