Dark Chocolate Cookies
100% Cacao Based
These chocolate cookies are so rich and moist, and perfect with a cup of good hand poured coffee.
2¼ Tbsp Navitas Naturals Cacao Liquor/Paste
2½ Tbsp brown Rice Syrup (50 g)
1 Cup Almond Meal (140 g)
2 Tbsp unsalted Butter, at room temperature (28 g)
2 Tbsp Coconut Flakes (30 g)
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1 large Egg
1. Pre-heat oven to 350F.
2. Mix all ingredients by hand.
3. Spoon out 1 inch balls onto cookie sheet and flatten with a fork.
4. Bake for 18-20 minutes or when the edges are golden brown.
5. Cool for 2 minutes on the cookie sheet.
