Chocolate Cookie Dough Bites

Delicious Little Snacks

This is a flexible recipe – try adding in your favorite superfoods for fun and healthy variations!


½ Cup Navitas Naturals Sprouted Omega Blend
¼ Cup Navitas Naturals Goji Berries
¼ Cup Coconut flakes
¼ tsp Vanilla Bean Powder
¼ Cup mini Chocolate Chips or finely chopped Dark Chocolate
1 Cup Navitas Naturals Cashew Whole Nuts
3 Tbsp Navitas Naturals Cacao Powder
pinch Sea Salt
1 Cup packed Medjool Dates, pits removed (about 8 large)


Run cashews through a food processor until a course flour has formed. Add the twister powder, cacao powder, vanilla powder and sea salt and blend together. With the machine running, add the dates, one at a time, until a crumbly dough has formed. Stop the machine, add the goji’s and the dark chocolate, and pulse a couple times until just folded in.

Remove from the processor and use a melon baller or a teaspoon to form into small dough balls. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Makes 2-3 dozen small “bites.”

Yield: 2-3 dozen
