Cashew Chocolate Balls

Balls of Energy


¼ cup Agave Nectar
¼ cup Dark Chocolate Chips
2 cup Navitas Naturals Cashew Whole Nuts (soaked 30 minutes)
1 Tbsp Navitas Naturals Chia Seeds 8oz
8 medium Dates
1 scoop Vega or Amazing Meal Protein Powder
1 tsp Vanilla Extract


In a food processor, process the cashews until it becomes almost a flour like consistency. (It’s okay if there are still small pieces of cashews.) Add dates and process again until it balls up. Remove mixture and place in a large bowl. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Shape into balls and freeze.

Yield: about 20 balls
