Look to include small amounts of protein throughout the day, and choose easily-digestible plant-based sources, like hemp protein. An optimal complete protein source, hemp protein tops the charts of being minimally processed, highly nutrient dense, and environmentally friendly. Additional amino acids from flaxseeds and non-dairy yogurt help give the smoothie an even richer protein boost.


2 Cups frozen Blueberries
1¼ Cups Almond-Milk Yogurt* (vanilla flavor)
3 Tbsp Navitas Naturals Hemp Protein Powder
1 Tbsp Navitas Naturals Sprouted Flaxseed Powder
1 Cup Water


Blend all ingredients together.

*You can also use other non-dairy yogurt, like varieties made from coconut or even soy. Each imparts additional flavor.

Yield: 4 Cups
