Berry season, definitely one of the best times of the year! Nature's bounty provides us with so many delicious berries to choose from, we narrowed it down to blueberries with raspberry-cranberry juice and added some sweet pomegranate powder for a quadruple whammy blast of antioxidants in this blend! Chia seeds are the 'cherry on top' for their endurance enhancing qualities.
Ingredients
2 Tbsp Navitas Naturals Pomegranate Powder
4 Tbsp Navitas Naturals Chia Seeds (for Chia Gel)
2 Cup Raspberry Juice
1½ Cup frozen Berries
½ Cup kefir or Silken Tofu
2 Cup water (for Chia Gel)
Directions
Add two Tbsp. chia gel to smoothie before blending. Then blend all ingredients and enjoy!
