Vegan Overnight Oats

This recipe is a fun way to change up your morning oatmeal!
2-3 Tbsp Navitas Naturals Trail Mix (3 Berry-Cacao Nib-Cashew)
⅓ Cup Rolled oats
⅓ Cup Almond Milk (or other Milk Substitute)
½ ripe Banana (chopped)
~ ½ tsp Agave Nectar or other Sweetener (to taste)
Combine all ingredients in a small container or jar and stir to mix. Store in the refrigerator overnight.
In the morning, stir again and add more milk if desired. Serve cold.
By morning, the dried berries should soak up some of the moisture and become nice and plump and soft. The cashews and cacao nibs should still retain their crunch, but if you want them to be extra crunchy, you could stir in the trail mix in the morning instead of leaving it in overnight.
