Ingredients
⅓ cup Navitas Naturals Cashew Whole Nuts
2 Tbsp Navitas Naturals Hemp Protein Powder
1 Tbsp Navitas Naturals Chia Seeds
1 Tbsp Navitas Naturals Cacao Raw Nibs
1 Cup Ice
2 Cups frozen Blueberries
5–6 large Medjool Dates (pits removed)
1 Cup Kale (center stem removed, packed)
2 Cups Water
Directions
Place ice and frozen berries in the blender first followed by cashews and dates. Add remaining powders, seeds, cacao nibs, greens and water. Blend until smooth.

Liquids will always make you feel instantly fuller —drink a glass of water when you think you're 'starving' and see if you weren't actually just a bit dehydrated.
