1 Tbsp Navitas Naturals Cacao Powder
1 tsp Navitas Naturals Maqui Powder
¾ scoop Chocolate Whey Protein Powder
1 Tbsp Oat Flour
1 Tbsp Coconut Flour
¼ tsp Baking Soda
3 Tbsp organic Liquid Egg Whites
1 Tbsp unsweetened Applesauce
3 Tbsp unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
5 drops chocolate Stevia
¼ cup plain, nonfat Greek Yogurt
¼ cup Trader Joe's Very Cherry Frozen Blend
5 drops Vanilla Stevia
For Pancakes Spray pan with cooking spray. Heat the pan on medium/low. Mix coconut flour, baking soda and salt together. Add egg whites, applesauce, almond milk and stevia to the mix and combine well. The batter will be pretty thick. Add half of the mixture to a heated pan and cook for about 5 minutes or until the pancake easily moves around the pan. Flip and cook for 2 more minutes. Continue until all batter is used. You can also make one pancake and just use all of the batter at once. For Sauce Microwave frozen berry blend for 30 seconds. Combine Greek yogurt and maqui powder with vanilla stevia. Spread over pancakes. Enjoy.
