Enjoy this easy recipe submitted by a Navitas Naturals fan and blogger from Norway!
Ingredients
⅔ Cup (150 ml) Navitas Naturals Mulberries*
2 Tbsp Navitas Naturals Goji Powder (optional)
2 Tbsp Navitas Naturals Pomegranate Powder (optional)
¾ Cup (200 ml) dried tart Cherries
½ Cup (100 ml) dried Coconut
1 Tbsp extra virgin Coconut Oil
½ tsp Vanilla Powder
Directions
*Dates can be used as an alternative to mulberries.
- Blend all ingredients in a food processor until everything turns into a sticky ball.
- Roll into balls. If you put the mixture in the refrigerator for half an hour it will be easier to roll into balls.
- Dip the balls in raw chocolate or roll in snacks such as: dried coconut, cocoa nibs, banana flakes, chopped nuts or chopped fruit.
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for a few days or freeze.
