Cookie Dough
with raw cacao nibs
Try this raw cookie dough that is a nutty-tasting and healthy treat! Eat it by the spoonful or use it as a dip!
Ingredients
½ Cup Navitas Naturals Cacao Raw Nibs
1 can Chickpeas, drained
¼ tsp Salt
⅛ tsp Baking Soda
2 tsp pure Vanilla Extract
¼ Cup Almond Butter
3 Tbsp Almond Milk
Stevia, to taste
3–4 Tbsp Oats
Directions
- Add all ingredients (except for cacao nibs) to a food processor and blend until smooth.
- Scoop mixture into a large bowl and fold in the cacao nibs.
- Grab your spoon and dig in!
