This smoothie is not a meal-replacement, it is an actual meal.

½ tsp Navitas Naturals Flax Seed Sprouted Powder
2 Cup Spinach

1 Cup Ice
1 Cup frozen Blueberries
1 Tbsp raw Honey (with Coconut Milk only)
Though any pet monkey can make a smoothie (I actually have one who makes them for me), it takes an experienced blending technician to make perfect straw-fed nutrition.
My tips are to use your ears and use your machine. If you listen with your ears you can hear the little bits of ice or harder components smashing around in there, and you can also hear when they’re broken up.
Remember, the combination of different types of elements results in a well-textured blend. When you’ve broken up most of the larger pieces of ice crystal, nuts, etc, drop the speed down to continue the “churning” process, to create additional “smoothness” - personally, my favorite kind of -ness.
